Ladera Ranch is a family friendly community that feels like a small town. Friendly environment with lots of amenities for elementary/high school kids to active adults. Ladera Ranch has it’s own waterpark to keep your kids occupied on those long hot summer days. Running through and around the community are endless hiking and biking trails. Located in the center of the community is an elementary school surrounded by public baseball and soccer fields. On Sundays you can visit the farmers market which is one of my personal favorites. The vendors come from as far away as San Diego to bring you delicassies that will leave you wanting more! All in all Ladera is a great place to live and raise a family or to retire in a small town community that will remember your name.
